1) In World War One a sailor's ship was sunk by a submarine. The man climbed aboard another vessel which was also sunk five minutes later. He found himself in the water again but was rescued by a third ship which...you guessed it....was sunk too!!!!!
(The three ships were Cruisers of The Royal Navy and the man is still the only person in recorded history to be sunk three times in fifteen minutes...and survive!!!!)
2) A man who survived the atomic attack on Hiroshima got out of town and headed straight for home as fast as he could. Unfortunately for him, his home was in Nagasaki and he got there three days later.....just in time to experience the atomic attack on that city !!!!
(He was, and still is, the only person to survive two atomic attacks!!!!)
Are these examples of luck or unluck??????
What do you think?????????
